Want to try out life as a Bingham? We love meeting new friends! We currently rent out our cabins in Vermont and Maine, and are exploring the possibility of incorporating some ultra-exclusive weeks in Maine with some extras included–stay tuned!!

2 cabins, one huge fire pit, hiking trails that connect to over 10,000 acres of conservation land, backcountry ski/snowboard/snowshoe trails, 7 person hot tub, beautiful spring-fed pond for skating in winter, jumps and a rail…the list goes on!

Just add snow

Guest Cabin (click for pictures or to book!)

Our guest cabin sleeps 4-6 guests, even though it is only one bedroom. There are really cool full-size bunk beds built into the back wall of the main room, making it easy to squeeze in a couple of extra adults or several children.

Huge Windows look out at Camel’s Hump and Sugarbush resort in the distance. A giant fire pit in your front yard is the perfect 4 season hangout.

Yup…this is actually the view out the giant windows!!

Or just relax on your giant deck and enjoy the view. In winter, with enough snow, you can snowboard or ski right off your deck down to a jump or our 18-foot rail.

Ski or Snowboard right from your deck

Main Cabin (click for pictures or to book!)

Our Main cabin is 1600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a gorgeous chef’s kitchen, custom built tables and the biggest, comfiest Restoration Hardware couch and chairs.

Beautiful Chef’s kitchen

Custom made local barn-board cabinets with beautiful soapstone counters
Extra-large, extra-deep leather cpuch that folds put into an oddly comfy (for a pull out) queen sized bed!
Custom-made local vermont barn board table, looking toward the wood-burning stove
If only this mountain were on the water! This view never gets old.
The road up in a snow storm…4 wheel drive recommended
8 person hot tub , brand new in 2015
ice skating on your own pond!!
Giant fire pit with a view
Several creeks on the property are fantastic for frog catching and exploring
The view from the top of our ridge…a great 45 minute to 1 hour hike
The fire pit is equally awesome in the winter

In Maine we have 17 acres of pristine forest and 1000 feet of coast-line on a protected cove  on Vinalhaven Island, at the East entrance to the Fox Islands ThoroughFare. We have extra moorings for rent, a small super-cute guest cabin (affectionately named Pearl) a hot-water shower, and by next summer should have a dock with water and electric hook-ups. Our eventual plan will include tiny-house style cabins for rent as well. Groups are welcome, lobster bakes are thrown, email for details!

Our cove is a known safe anchorage for the many large windjammers that sail through the thoroughfar
The beach at low tide is gigantic…perfect for creb-catching, seaglass hunting, rock skipping and exploring

The freshwater quarries are not to be missed…pretty much the feature that sold me on Vinalhaven!!!
